AeroCoach pole clamp conversion kit
The AeroCoach pole clamp conversion kit consists of two parts - a 22.2mm pole clamp for use with round pole extensions or AeroCoach Angles extensions, and a converter block which sits on top of a base bar (or base bar stackers).
Using the pole clamp conversion kit will allow you mount 22.2mm extensions on handlebars that would not normally allow them (eg. Cannondale Superslice, Bianchi Aquila, Pro Missile Evo, Deda, Kuota KT05 and others). It will provide a secure clamp for 22.2mm aerobars for 22.2mm systems which suffer from slippage and/or a reduced range of adjustment.
The arm rest spacing bolts on the pole clamp is 24mm centre to centre and will fit the Align Wing carbon arm rests as well as others.
The converter block mounts to either the base bar or aerobar stackers with a matched spacer - please choose your bike model from the drop down list or just choose "Universal M5" or "Universal M6" if your bike isn't listed, but has a traditional setup (maximum bolt spacing of 35mm): a base bar with one stacker on each side, and through holes that are not threaded.

INSTALLATION OF AEROBAR-SPECIFIC (NON-UNIVERSAL) CONVERSION BLOCK ADAPTER
1. To install the conversion block, the current extension clamps should be removed and replaced with AeroCoach pole extension clamps attached to the tilt block using the button head bolts included. Reach can be adjusted at this stage by moving the extension clamps forwards or backwards along the top edge of the conversion block.
2. The threaded bar or threaded nuts should then be pushed into place from the rear of the conversion block, and the basebar matched spacer placed on the underside of the conversion block.
3. The whole assembly is then positioned on the base bar, and secured (6Nm) to the base bar using bolts included.
More detailed instructions, specific to the base bar being used, are provided with the conversion block.
BIKE SPECIFIC INSTALLATION NOTES
Shiv rim brake TT: the conversion block can be mounted either on the base bar or the bridge. If mounting the conversion block on the bridge, then raising and lowering stack height is done using the original Shiv TT stackers & bolts in between the base bar and the bridge, and so purchasing an extra bolt pack is not required for changes in stack height with the tilt block adapter on the bridge.
Canyon Speedmax: the conversion block is only compatible with dual mount Canyon Speedmax base bars, such as the H26, H33 & H35 (this does not include HB48 & HB49).
Giant Trinity: please note that 10mm of Trinity stackers must be retained below the conversion block, due to the recessed nature of the base bar where the stackers sit. The bolt lengths provided with the tilt block account for this, so for a total use of 30mm of Trinity stackers (in addition to the tilt block adapter), you would need to select the '+20mm' extra bolt pack.
For all bikes, please note that tilt blocks are not compatible with threaded stackers.

The bolts included allow for the assembly to be mounted with minimum base bar stack. If you require longer bolts for higher stack these can be purchased (in multiples of 4 - enough for a full set of two bolts each side) from the drop down list (excluding Cannondale Superslice / Felt iA Advanced)
Please note that the base bar matched spacer and conversion block contributes ~25mm of stack to the setup.
The ADR/PDQ/Generic option should be chosen for bars such as those in the picture below:
UNIVERSAL CONVERSION BLOCK
The universal conversion block for M5 or M6 base bar bolts fits all dual mount M5 or M6 base bars with through holes (non monopost base bars that have no threads in them, and which have two bolt holes through which bolts are inserted from underneath for attaching extension clamps and/or stackers). The maximum bolt spacing for the universal adapter (fore/aft, measured from centre/centre of the bolts) is 35mm. In addition, for the universal adapter to fit correctly, please ensure that your stacker system and/or base bar has a flat top.
The installation process is similar to the steps outlined above, however the threaded section consists of separate threaded pieces that can be moved into the correct base bar bolt spacing for your aerobars. Universal conversion blocks are not provided with bolts - full instructions are provided with the adapters to determine the correct bolt lengths to use.
