B Xavier Disley, MSc, PhD
Since 2010 Xavier has overseen multiple domestic and overseas successes including multiple CTT and UCI National Champions (track & road). Xavier holds an MSc in Sports Performance from the University of Portsmouth and a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Kinematics from the University of Birmingham, and as well as extensive aerodynamic and biomechanical expertise has a particular interest in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a variety of applications.
Garrie Tillett
Garrie Tillett is a British Cycling qualified Level 3 Coach, Ride Leader and Level 3 Track Coach. He has 10 years experience of coaching riders predominantly on the indoor track at Wales National Velodrome, from amateur riders to international professionals and World Champions.
Voted Coach of the Year at the Welsh Cycling annual awards 2015, Garrie is a life long cyclist and rides the odd "Club 10" for fitness and enjoys Sunday club rides when possible.
Hayley Simmonds, PhD
Hayley Simmonds has an extensive track record in professional cycling, being a multi UCI & CTT National Champion in the time trial and representing Great Britain at World Championships for both the road race and time trial. Hayley competes at an international level for professional women's Team Ciclotel, and has stood on UCI podiums alongside World and National Champions. Her top level first hand experience of international success gives an exceptional ability to optimising all aspects of cycling performance.
Chris Opie
Chris has raced all around the world for 21 years, including as a professional rider against some of the best names in the pro peloton. He started cycling in 1997 and quickly became addicted to the sport: in his two years away from competition Chris has learnt more about performance, training, technology and how best to use this knowledge of the sport - a renewed enthusiasm is behind his drive to return to competition and coaching.
