FULL CUSTOM

Vantaggio extensions are made to fit your personal riding position, with full customisation. Working one on one with an AeroCoach engineer, the exact measurements of your setup will be converted into a pair of personalised extensions. From these designs a prototype is constructed first and sent across to check fitment, and then once approved the final version is 3D printed using an electron beam melting (EBM) machine to create a lightweight and strong titanium part.

Vantaggio extensions are made to fit our Align Wing carbon arm rests, and adjustment is built in to allow for fine tuning of arm position.

We can make Vantaggio extensions for any base bar - please be aware that extra/custom stacker parts outside of a standard dual stacker system will incur a surcharge, which will be discussed during your order.

STABILITY/COMFORT/BIOMECHANICS

AeroCoach Vantaggio extensions are an ergonomic and aerodynamic replacement for standard extensions. Using our Align Wing carbon arm rests, and providing extra support for the forearm and wrist you can improve your handling and stability on the bike when in the aero position.

AERODYNAMICS

Vantaggio extensions are aerodynamic and lower total system drag by over 1% compared with Angles extensions. This is worth approximately 3-4w at 45kph, or 6-8w at 55kph.

UCI LEGALITY

Vantaggios can be made in UCI legal and non UCI legal variants.

COMPUTER MOUNT

An integrated computer mount is available for both Garmin and Wahoo computers.
