AeroCoach 6hr/week TT tailored training plans are designed to make best use of limited training time for time trials, and are personally tailored for you, to enable you simply to focus on the riding and take the stress out of planning your training.
With bolt on coach contact/plan adjustments, you can have as much or as little coach interaction as you need.
Plans are built in 4 month blocks using TrainingPeaks, to allow you to sync directly with Zwift, Trainerroad, Garmin Connect or Wahoo to make your training easier and simpler.
Your tailored training plan will be built by one of our expert coaches, based on innovative and scientifically validated training sessions in order to make the most out of limited time. Plans will average around 6hrs/week, based on your personal availability.
After purchasing the 4 month plan using the link on this page you will have an initial detailed consultation with the coach so that they can understand any previous coaching experiences you have had, as well as gaining information on your goals, lifestyle and current training programme.
4 MONTH TRAINING PLAN
You will be set up with a TrainingPeaks account where all your training will be set by one of the AeroCoach coaches. Your full 4 month training plan will be specifically tailored to you and your goals, to fit around your lifestyle and available training time.
COACH COMMUNICATION AND FEEDBACK
Optional coach contact is provided through 40min phone calls which include any plan adjustments that need to be made. These can be added at any time during your 4 month training block, as little or as often as you like.
