PURE SPEED

The AeroCoach AEOX® carbon clincher tubeless disc provides exceptional aerodynamics and performance in an affordable, lightweight and UK made solution. With excellent lateral stiffness, it is built with custom carbon laminate sides, a carbon clincher tubeless rim bed, a custom hub and 24 internal spokes for improved comfort over solid construction wheels.

DEVELOPMENT

CFD, track and real world optimised, the AEOX® disc is the most aerodynamic tubeless rim brake disc available. The drive side and non drive sides have been shaped to reflect differing airflow and interactions between frames and cassettes, and the wheel has been specifically designed to work best with Vittoria Corsa Speed 2.0 tyres as well as Continental GP 5000 tyres. We recommend the use of 23-25mm Corsa Speed tyres and 25mm GP 5000 tyres with AEOX® discs.

INSTALLATION

The AEOX® disc is compatible with Shimano and SRAM 10, 11 and 12 speed cassettes (please select a freehub option from the dropdown menu). For tubeless conversions we recommend using Zefal sealant which can be purchased with the wheel. Tubeless tyres must be set up by a professional cycling mechanic.


Please note that the AEOX® disc has wide sidewalls - if you will be using the AEOX® disc with a rim brake Trek Speed Concept, Cervelo P3C/P2C (pre 2013), Cervelo P4, Scott Plasma 5, Ceepo Viper frame or other rim brake frame with reduced chainstay clearance then please select this option on the drop down list and we will custom build a wheel with increased clearance. This is only applicable to rim brake frames. Please also note that the use of some aftermarket jockey wheel cages for derailleurs will reduce clearance with the disc sidewalls.

RIM/DISC BRAKE

AEOX® discs are rim brake compatible. For a disc brake disc please see either the AEOX® Orbit disc or AEOX® Ultra Orbit.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Each wheel comes with pre installed tubeless compatible rim tape, an AEOX® tubeless valve, AEOX® carbon brake blocks and full instructions.

CUSTOM COLOURS

We can provide custom coloured decals for an additional surcharge. If you would like a custom colour decal with your AEOX® wheel please get in touch.

UCI LEGALITY

The AEOX® disc wheel is fully UCI legal and has been raced in the Tour de France, Giro D'Italia, Vuelta a España and multiple elite World Championships. The UCI legal drop down menu is only applicable for a rim brake wheelset purchase where the front hub uses different end caps for UCI events.
