The AeroCoach coaching team has many years of experience with a wide variety of clients - from professional riders and teams to club riders looking to improve their performance. Find out more about the staff below:

B Xavier Disley, PhD, MSc

Having been involved in coaching since 2010, Xavier has overseen multiple domestic and overseas successes including UCI National Champions (track & road). Xavier holds an MSc in Sports Performance from the University of Portsmouth and a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Kinematics from the University of Birmingham, and as well as extensive aerodynamic and biomechanical expertise has a particular interest in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a variety of applications.

Garrie Tillett, BSc

Garrie Tillett is a former head of the Welsh National Junior Squad program and has been coaching cyclists since 2008.

Andy Jackson

A prolific time triallist and former CTT National Champion - Andy holds one of the fastest 12hr TT of all time with >300 miles. Andy has competed at a high level in Ironman Triathlon and also races on the CVR Zwift virtual racing circuit.

Dan McKimm, BSc

Dan has worked in high performance sport for 4 years, as well as being a National University Cycling champion during his time at the University of Birmingham. Competing in France for <team> for a year has given Dan first hand experience of the highest levels of road racing and criteriums.

Lydia Gurley, MSc

Lydia is a professional international cyclist and former national champion of Ireland for the individual pursuit. With UCI World Cup medals on the track and National medals in both the time trial and road race, her continued experience in an elite sport environment provide exceptional insights into maximising performance.
