B Xavier Disley, PhD, MScSince 2010 Xavier has overseen multiple domestic and overseas successes including multiple CTT and UCI National Champions (track & road). Xavier holds an MSc in Sports Performance from the University of Portsmouth and a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Kinematics from the University of Birmingham, and as well as extensive aerodynamic and biomechanical expertise has a particular interest in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a variety of applications.
Garrie Tillett, BSc
Garrie Tillett is a British Cycling qualified Level 3 Coach, Ride Leader and Level 3 Track Coach. He has 10 years experience of coaching riders predominantly on the indoor track at Wales National Velodrome, from amateur riders to international professionals and World Champions.
Voted Coach of the Year at the Welsh Cycling annual awards 2015, Garrie is a life long cyclist and rides the odd "Club 10" for fitness and enjoys Sunday club rides when possible.
Andy JacksonA prolific time triallist and former CTT National Champion / UMCA World Champion - Andy holds one of the fastest 12hr TTs of all time with >300 miles. Andy has also completed 10x Ironmans including the prestigious Hawaii Ironman world championships, and has a specialism for triathlon and long distance cycle racing, with >20 years of sporting experience and involvement in coaching for the past 3 years.
Dan McKimm, BSc
Dan is a graduate of the University of Birmingham where he studied Sports and Exercise Science as well as becoming University Criterium champion. He has an in-depth understanding of how to maximise performance gains in the most efficient manner, having provided sports science support to international and world-class athletes across a range of sports in coaching and Talent ID.
Dan is an experienced racer himself on both the road and track having been supported by the prestigious Dave Rayner Fund as well as racing full time on the continent with French DN3 team AS Corbeil-Essonnes and in the UK for Elite national team Neon Velo.
Lydia Gurley, MScLydia is a professional international cyclist and former national champion of Ireland for the individual pursuit. With UCI European and World Cup medals on the track and National medals in both time trial and road race, her continued experience in an elite sport environment provide exceptional insights into maximising performance. She is the current CTT Womens Team Comp record holder over 10 miles.
Outside of national team duties Lydia also regularly races in the 6 day circuit on the track.
